Delivery excellence for mission-critical programmes

Mission-critical project planning & scheduling.

In a market where time is the number one factor, we help clients win tenders and deliver jobs — and build the in-house planning capability to do it repeatably. Backed by the technology we built.

Our planning philosophy

The plan comes before the schedule.

A schedule is only as good as the plan behind it — and the plan is only credible when built on a deep understanding of how the project will actually be constructed, integrated, and commissioned.

The schedule should be your main coordination and communication tool — not a compliance artefact. It has to be built on a deep understanding of how the project is going to be delivered.

Nomad SPS planning principle
01

The schedule is the primary coordination tool — every meeting, stakeholder update, and subcontractor conversation ties back to the same plan.

02

Buildability comes first — sequencing, method, interfaces, and constraints understood from the field, before anything is loaded into the schedule.

03

The plan drives the schedule, not the other way around. Scheduling software is a tool for expressing intent.

04

Reporting flows from the schedule, so stakeholders see a live view of the plan.

Data centre track record

700 MW+ across $2.1B+ of hyperscale programmes.

Delivered for the operators — and the head contractors who build for them — that set the pace of Australia's market.

The technology we built

The dashboards behind the delivery.

The same tools we run on live hyperscale programmes — commissioning assurance, area readiness, resource controls, and contractor analytics, working off real project data. Not slideware; the operating picture our planners work from every day.

Sectors We Serve

Mission-critical programme planning and controls — hyperscale data centres first, and the adjacent sectors where time drives the commercial outcome.

Flagship sector

Data Centres

13+ hyperscale programmes for Microsoft, Stack Infrastructure, and NextDC — 700 MW+ of capacity planned, controlled, and commissioned under operator standards.

Building Construction

Tender and delivery programmes for head contractors on complex builds — buildable sequencing, defensible logic, and reporting clients trust.

Renewable Energy

Utility-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage programmes — grid-connection realities, long-lead equipment, and staged energisation built into the plan.

Rail

Possession-constrained rail programmes where access windows drive the logic — planned around the network, not against it.

Infrastructure

Major civil and energy infrastructure — programme certainty for long-duration, multi-interface delivery.

Let's orchestrate

Your next mission-critical programme.

Bidding, planning, or delivering something complex? If time is your number one factor, we would like to hear about it. Our team operates across ANZ, APAC, and EMEA.
